Premium wine,
outstanding land
Champagne Vautrain-Paulet lies in a characterful building deep in the village of Dizy, known as the “Gateway to the Vineyard”. The family business makes a wide range of premium champagne from grapes grown in their Premier Cru-listed Dizy terroir and Grand Cru-listed Aÿ-Champagne terroir.
The Vautrain family is fuelled by tradition, age-old expertise, modern flair and creativity.
An eco-approved wineyard
Domaine Vautrain-Paulet covers 11ha in the Vallée de la Marne.
The vines are preened and pampered all year round, no matter the weather, by passionate people and nature lovers. The vineyards are approved by essential certifications in the trade: HVE (High Environmental Value) and VDC (Sustainable Champagne Viticulture).
The three Champagne varieties, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, are lovingly-tended to provide the diverse aromas that go into unique single varieties and subtle blends.
A family legacy,
kept alive through
the generations
The family takes care of every stage involved in making champagne in its cellars and storerooms: harvesting, pressing, winemaking, ageing, blending, forming bubbles, disgorging and the final dosage.
The family expertise is key to their legacy.
Arnaud, the father, and Alexandre, the son, share the same passion for a job well done and an unconditional love for wine and their trade. They put all their love and passion into each and every bottle they make.
